ZYSA is committed to the safety of all players and families. Please review the two documents below that describe in detail our policies, protocol, and procedures as related to addressing the issues of COVID-19 and how we plan to manage the process with your help and support.
--> Face coverings must be worn by all spectators the entire time, even when seated at the games.
--> Players must wear face coverings at all times except when playing on the field in training or games. Players must wear a face covering during pregame, halftime, post-game meetings, and all meetings at training sessions.
--> Coaches must wear face coverings at all times unless they are actively participating in a training session. During games, they must wear their face covering. They may lower their face covering when giving direction to the field but must put it back up after.
--> Please remember that everyone is to social distance. There should be a minimum of 6 feet between individuals from different households. To that end, there are to be no team benches and no tents. Individuals may bring their own chair and umbrella if they like.
--> Coaches and Players must refrain from any contact.
(i.e. no hand-shakes, high fives, etc.)
--> Team snacks of any kind (packaged, store bought or home-made) are not allowed to be given to the players before, during or after the game.
If there are any questions please direct them to Nicole Wright (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Dan Kapsalis (email@example.com).
We are ecstatic to have been recognized recently as a 5 Star Club by Indiana Soccer Association. As one of only four clubs in the state that has achieved this status, we are incredibly appreciative of the entire ZYSA family that has contributed to the growth we have made over the course of 41 years. We look forward to an even stronger next four decades of growing youth participation through the sport of soccer in Indiana with the continued implementation of our holistic, competitive long-term development model and vast program offerings for boys and girls ages u5-u19!
Hear from our Assistant Directors of Coaching (ADOCs) about our unique-to-ZYSA, scaffolding, competitive long-term development curriculum that includes age-specific prioritization and targets within the delivery of our Mental Training, Mobility & Strength Training, Technical Training, and Tactical Training for players u7 to u19.
